I would like to receive the free bracelet for my daughter. She was diagnosed with Type 1 in December 2011. I ordered the stainless steel bracelet for her and an ankle bracelet for the beach from your company.

It would be nice to have the beautiful Open Heart bracelet so she could have a "fancier" bracelet to wear.

I would love number 1. I need a new ID tag as my ICE contact has changed and I lost my job and can not afford a new one. My I'D tag saved my live a year and a half ago. Thanks to Lauren's Hope and my ID tag the ER knew my medical condition instantly.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 9:31 AM by Wendy K
I love #2! It would be great to have one i didn't have to take off in the shower. :-) I already follow you on Facebook and Pinterest, and am subscribed to your blog. Thanks for the chance to win! :-)

There all very nice. But #3 would be my first choice. I have been purchasing different bracelets to go with my ID, so I can change it up every now and then and #3 is very pretty. Thanks
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 9:35 AM by Theresa White
I love # 1. The new pink is so pretty and feminine. I always get compliments on my ID bracelet about how pretty it is. I am always questioned where did I purchase it....so I am passing your name along to all medical personal that I meet. One nurse asked me for my son's phone # and I told her look on my bracelet. She thought I was losing my mind, then she saw what it was and called others in to see it. Sooo, the new pink would be a beautiful addition to it. Thanks for giving me the chance to enter and for your wonderful products.

I love the choloe braclet. I have enjoyed my braclets from laurens hope. I get comments on them all the time and people asking me were I got them from. I always enjoy telling them about laurens hope. Thanks for all you do!!

I love the Open Heart medical ID bracelet it would match all of my outfits...

I love and need #1. I have my original bracelet and id; however I was wrongly diagnosed as t2 when I was actually t1 diabetic. My id still read t2 diabetic which is very dangerous if I happen to ever get in an accident.

Hello,

I would love for my 14 y/o daughter Camille to have the #3 Chloe bracelet for several reasons: We ordered a $90 bracelet from Lauren's Hope (our first ever) in April when she was in the hospital on an epilepsy monitoring unit for 5 days, and she has lost it within the past 2 weeks. I have had to quit working in order to start her on the ketogenic diet, in hopes that the diet will finally get her seizures under control, unlike the 8 medications she's been on over the last 7 years. This bracelet will lift her spirits and her safety level as she begins this very challenging diet next week. Thank you very much.

I love number #1! My bracelet is getting a little old now & PINK is my favorite color & HEARTS are my favorite shape. I am a true girly girl! Id like to ROCK MY ALLERGIES IN STYLE!

I love Item 2. This would be perfect for my 3yr old who was diagnosed with T1 Diabetes in June of 2010. Its girly and fun & would be perfect to give to her as a gift while she transitions to using a pump!

I am also a FB fan & Blog subscriber
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:27 AM by Amanda
I like #2, only because you can wear it with anything and still look good. No matching dresses, shirts, pants, shoes, handbag ~ just wear it with anything and it will look as good on as it does off. Brilliant idea.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:27 AM by Linda Britnell
I would really love to be able to afford a bracelet for my 11 year old daughter who has had multiple severe food allergies from birth. I am a single mom of 3 who can only work part time, so I have not been able to afford to buy her the bracelet she desperately needs. I would love to be able to give her the open heart bracelet. She is transferring schools due to bullying (using her allergies by shoving the food in her face). I would love for her to have a new start with a new bracelet. Thank you for the consideration.

As always they are all lovely and reflect the beauty within Lauren's Hope. I have one ID now and would love to be able to change it up, so #3 would be awesome. I have had people ask me about mine and refer them to you. Love you guys on Facebook. The story's you tell are inspiring. Thank you for playing a huge role in my life and keeping me safe.

I'd like #2, I think it's cute and feminine yet sturdy. I live without my adrenal glands so I depend on my Lauren's Hope dog tag in the event of an emergency. I'm already a follower of pretty much every where you are. :-)

I have bought many different ID bracelets and necklaces for my daughter she has been a T1 for about 4 years and she either looses them or breaks them..I'm looking for one that she likes and will wear since she doesn't wear one at this time. She did like #2...Thank You..Belinda

i love number three.. it would give me a diferent choice from what i have now..:)
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:36 AM by ambar
I would love #2! We have 4 of us in our family that need bracelets so far. I placed our very first order yesterday! Your prices are great, but with 4 of us, it really adds up and we need to save our pennies for our preemie baby that will be born on August 1st. We've put off purchasing bracelets in the past but with my husband deploying again soon (U.S. Army family), we need then if I am ever in a position to not be able to communicate. I bought one of the less expensive ones for myself, but would love #2 to better fit my style and age-lol! I already "like" you on Facebook, follow you on Pinterest, have shared you wit friends and family, receive emails and your blog! Thanks so much for all you do!!!

I love #2! I love the open heart design! Also, I wear a lot of silver jewelry and this would go nicely with it, too.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:42 AM by Tammi
I just love number 2 for my two type 1 girls. A medical ID is a necessity in our lives and I love that your bracelets add a little pizzaz to it
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:47 AM by Lucy Grubbs
Would love to win #3 so I'll have more than one bracelet.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:49 AM by Charolette
Would LOVE #3, for my RNY info. I've always wanted to get a bracelet from you, but have not been able to afford one yet! : (

I would love to win the Chloe! It's so fashionable and stylish...very beautiful. I love how medical id's don't have to be boring with Lauren's Hope.

Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 10:59 AM by Kelly Skermont
I love the pink heart tag and I would choose item 2 to go with it, my 11 year old is becoming quite the fashionista and this would compliment any outfit, and she would be more excited to wear her peanut allergy braccelet. Am a FB fan and already subscribe to the e-mail and blog.

I would love to win #3. I have always loved anything with Swarovski crystals. I love the beaded bracelet styles that add a bit of bling to my medic alert bracelets. Makes me enjoy wearing something I have to wear out of necessity. I already follow you on Facebook, twitter, pinterest and your newsletter.

I love # 3! That Chloe bracelet is adorable. I need to make an emergency information bracelet for my daughter who cannot speak.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:28 AM by Rebecca
I love bracelet number 2 - it's nice and girly but still mature enough that you wouldn't like like a little girl wearing it. Plus its fancy enough that I could wear it to work. I follow Lauren's Hope on Facebook and really enjoy seeing all the new bracelets and tags when they get posted.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:30 AM by Alex
I LOVE the Pink Heart Tag - #017. Right now, I only have a Heart Patient Lauren's Hope Bracelet, but I'm also a Type 2 Diabetic. I'm concerned that only half of the life-saving information is getting out there. I love this because it's feminine and fashionable, but still says what I might not be able to say for myself in the event of a medical emergency.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:30 AM by Doreen Ernst
Love #2. Great for work when I don't want to wear my fancier brackets. Thanks for making such awesome products.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:37 AM by Stephanie
I love #2. I have been looking at your stainless steel bracelets for a while now b/c of medical conditions I have, along with surgeries. Trying to choose the perfect one is not easy. I was recently put on Plavix for blood clots. When I saw this new stainless steel "Open Heart" design, my mind was made up quickly. I would LOVE to be the proud owner of this bracelet. Thank you for your beautiful designs.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:40 AM by Pam Fenner
I love the open heart bracelet. When I receive compliments about my bracelet, people are surprised that it serves an important medical function! Stylish and safe - two great parts of one bracelet!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:40 AM by Jamie Reimer
I would love for my daughter to have the Chloe bracelet. She was diagnosed June 6th exactly 6 days before get 9th birthday.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:41 AM by Shelly Osborn
I would love the choloe bracelet because of the color combination. Red is my favorite color. I already subscribe to the blog and follow on facebook. I love Lauren's Hope products!

I would LOVE #2 for my 4 year old daughter who has type 1 diabetes. we can't afford a beautiful new engraved bracelet for her and she will be starting kindergarten this year and we love your bracelets!!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:44 AM by jennifer richards
I would love to win either 2 or 3 for my mom! She is raising my 3 autistic brothers on her own since my dad passed away. She is also diabetic and still finds the time to have my kids come and stay with her during the summer! She is a great mom n grandma and I would love to be able to give her something to say thank you for all she does!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:46 AM by Missy
I would like to win item #2 the Open Heart medical ID bracelet. It would be the perfect medical id to have. I currently subscribe to your blog and email.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:47 AM by Liza
I would love to receive the open heart medical id bracelet. I just recently learned that I needed to wear a bracelet (or id of some type) due to central adrenal insufficiency. Most people are not aware of this specific autoimmune disorder, but it is pretty intense. I have "liked" Lauren's Hope on facebook and subscribed to this blog. I LOVE receiving updates on new items you have available and sales that you are having.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:49 AM by Rene Kiser
I love number 3 :-) it is absolutely beautiful!!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 11:51 AM by Sarah Tuttle
#2 would be my favorite choice...It's a perfect accessory to go with everyday wear. I am signed up to all of your social channels...Type 1 diabetic with pump now for 6-7 years...Thanks Lauren's Hope!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:05 PM by Samantha Bowkker
I like number 3. That bracket would look good with my medical alert.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:10 PM by Chris R.
I would choose number 2. It is different form what I alreacy have (which is getting pretty old) and being stainless steel, I could leave it on. My bracelets strung on wire, I worry about getting them wet - even when just washing my hands - and then having the wire break and lose everything. Thank you.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:16 PM by Carol Bush
I am slightly confused on the choices, and I need a complete bracelet, so I would choose #2. I have been type-1 diabetic for 31 years and have never owned a bracelet. I had ONE mishap since being on my own at 18, and my son was with me, at 4 years old, and that terrified me.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:25 PM by Jillian Tyre
I am a fan on FB.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:28 PM by Jillian Tyre
All 3 items are really great but I would like #1 for a neat change of the standard tag.

Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:29 PM by Gail Scott
I would love #1 for my 8yr old daughter. She was diagnosed with epilepsy two weeks ago, and this will be her first time going back to school being "diagnosed" and having to deal with being open and speaking to classmates and teachers, and I can't even imagine the fear of having people look at her as a "sick person" or a person with "a condition" because to me she is just perfect! That is why I want something that looks girly, and playful, but yet can be properly identified by first response if need be. Thanks!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:29 PM by Mariel
I fell in love with number two, the open heart bracelet, the moment I saw it on Facebook July 9. I love stainless steel, as I often forget to take off bracelets before a shower or swimming, and have ruined a piece or two that way. With stainless steel, I don't have to try to remember to take it off, plus since I can wear it all the time, I'm always protected. The open hearts are graceful and beautiful. A lovely feminine piece of jewelry that would go with everything! ...I'm signed up to all of your social networks, blog and email list :-)
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:30 PM by Daisy Thomas
There are so many deserving entries and my need isn't any more important that another. I just wish to express my interest in winning the Choloe bracelet. I love it because it is beautiful with a mixture of complementary colors and beads. I am always proud to wear Laurens Hope jewelry to keep myself safe around those who are not aware of my type 1 diabetes. . Thank you.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:33 PM by Anita Marzorati
My 6 year old would LOVE #1. She is a girly girl, and is all about pink and hearts! She was diagnosed 5 months ago and is handling diabetes with more courage and grace than I ever could. I researched the perfect place for a medical alert bracelet for a little girl and Lauren's Hope has been everything we were looking for.....pretty, durable and affordable!

My daughter Elizabeth (Type 1 Diabetes) would love to win number 2 as it would be a reminder to her of my love for her...that she hears so many "I love you's" for all of her finer pokes.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:47 PM by Cheryl Pellett
WOW....i really like number 3...just georgeous,i would be proud to where any of LAURENS HOPES MEDICAL jewlery.i really should be wearing a medical tag of some kind due to i am allergic to codine and also suffer from crohns disease.it is so very important that if you were in a situation where you were unable to tell medicalpersonal about your condition.you just might end up being giving somthing you are highly allergic to.i would love to wear number 3...PROUDLY....THANKS LAURENS HOPE...

I love the Chloe bracelet. I am allergic to all oral antibiotics as well as several pain killers. Having just gone through a 6 week round of intravenous meds, it has never been more important for me then now to where a Medical ID tag. The one I currently wear is not very pretty or feminine and I would love one that looked like real jewelry and still was recognizable as a life saving emblem.
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 12:54 PM by Barbara Tait Persaud
I am a breast cancer survivor, and wear one of your bracelets all the time. I really like the new ID tag and feel that it is not only pretty to wear, but will be noticed in the event of a medical emergency. It is time for me to update my information. I suffer from lymphedema, and cannot tolerate any injury to my right arm. I share your site with everyone who would benefit from it; thanks for what you are providing!

Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 1:19 PM by Rebecca Drake
I would love #3! I love the color it has and it makes me smile! I love Lauren's Hope Bracelets and have worn them now for over 5 years since I am Type 1 diabetic!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 1:21 PM by Neile Bush
The open heart bracelet really caught my eye! I have been a diabetic since I was 3 and have always worn the bracelets & necklaces you can get in the drug stores. I did order a cuff bracelet from you a while back when it was on sale but it is not an "every-day" bracelet. It would be a blessing to win this bracelet because I usually don't splurge on things for myself. My 12 year-old son also has diabetes and I tend to spend my money on getting him the "cool" diabetic items! So this would be a real treat!!!
Posted @ Friday, July 13, 2012 1:24 PM by Donna Snyder
I would love to win #2. It is so pretty, yet simple and classic. I think the hearts signify for me that I am learning to love myself, and to remind me to love myself when I look at it. I am going through a major life change right now, and am looking forward to my new life.

I would love to have the open hearts bracelet for my little girl. She is 8 and is getting more into the teen look of things rather than the little kid stuff. She needs her bracelet since she's now pre-diabetic along with being immune compromised w/bone marrow failure syndrome. Anyway, I think this looks girlish without being kiddish! Thanks!

I'm writing on behalf of my daughter Bri. She says, " My name is Bri and Im 6yrs old. I was 2 when my mom found out I had type 1 diabetes. #2 looks so cute, I love it! I wish I had it for when I go back to school, because I want everyone to know God made me special."
Thanks for the opportunity Jenny (Bri's mommy)

I love #3. I started to walk 3 miles a day with my friend really trying to drop some weight and get my sugars in control. In just the 2 weeks that I've started walking my fasting readings are better than they have even in months. I'm looking forward to getting them under 99 every morning. I love you on FB, Pinterest and your blog. Paula

I would love to win the stainless steel open heart medical ID bracelet. Just last week I had another severe allergic reaction while at work, (I dispatch Police,Fire, and EMS). It was incredibly scary and opened my eyes to the "what if's" of work. What if I can't tell my coworkers what's wrong with me? As one of the many on the answering side of the 911 call, it would be nice to have my medical information readily available so they can administer medication more quickly if I am the patient in need. This bracelet is beautiful and understated, and would go nicely with my dispatch uniform. Thanks for your great products, as well as the opportunity to enter!

I would LOVE to win item one! I'm an 18 year old, heading off to college 4 and a half hours away in August. Last May, I went into anaphylaxis shock for the first time, not even realizing I had such terrible allergies for 17 years! Once out of the ER, I got my allergies tested, and I found out I also have asthma and a severe allergy to penicillin! Probably the most overwhelming week of my life! I have a medical bracelet already, but my favorite color is pink, and I would love to wear the heart tag around campus!
