I love #1. I am in the pool a lot and worry about not wearing a medical alert while being active.
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 9:46 AM by Brittney M
I absolutely love #3. Too often I have people ask me how I can stand to have daily reminders that I have medical conditions. I have explained to them it is better to be reminded so that I can be mindful and take care of myself. This bracelet makes me think of fun and how we should look for fun in everything and thus rejoice in life.

Despite a problem with my current bracelet, I really love #3....
I like the glow in the dark bands for kids, but the glass beads are beautiful!

I am an EMT on a volunteer rescue squad and definitely know the value that medical IDs bring to an emergency situation. It can be the difference between life and death and greatly helps those who come to your aid to know more about your medical conditions and how to treat you. After a recent cardiac ablation procedure, I ended up with bilateral pulmonary embolisms (blood clots in both lungs) and now have to take Coumadin. Coincidentally, my cousin also had bilateral pulmonary embolisms less than two weeks after me and was also hospitalized for quite some time. I ordered my first Lauren’s Hope ID bracelet last month and then ordered one for my cousin as a gift as well. I have received nothing but compliments and feedback from friends, family as well as fellow EMTs saying that more people should get medical ID bracelets and how wonderful it is to see a medical ID bracelet that is fashionable. I deal with people on a daily basis who probably need medical IDs and don’t yet have them. I hope that by wearing mine and my cousin wearing hers we can raise awareness for the need for medical IDs. EMTs are trained to look for medical identification so if you don’t have one and have a condition that warrants a medical ID, you should definitely get one. Thanks Lauren’s Hope for making the medical IDs not only useful but also something that people will want to wear day in and day out. (I really like #3 … it’s bright, cheerful and will definitely stand out!)
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 10:21 AM by Hillary
I love #2 - since I have a native

American Indian background. My

great grandmother's family was of

the Cherokee tribe that hid in the

north Georgia mountains during the

"Trail of Tears" and they found

their way down to around Sanders-

ville and stayed there.

This would be perfect since I have

the ceremonial shawl and the

ceremonial feathers. I could be

a part of the ceremony rites and

this would fit right in.

I like all of them but number 1 is my favorite because I work in a pediatric ER which is pretty active! I see many children with diabetes who do not wear medic alerts and maybe this would be something that would motivate them and their parents.
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 10:41 AM by andrea

My Type 1 daughter would LOVE the #1 bands - especially since they glow in the dark, how cool!
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 11:12 AM by Penny
#3 is so cool. I love the fun colors! The glow in the dark bands in #1 is a great idea. Especially now that we are moving to warmer weather and camp time. When my son was in Boy Scouts I went to summer camp with his troop every summer. I did the meds for the kids. It would have been much easier if all of the kids had something like this to wear, especially when I had to wake someone up during the night. Great idea!!
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 11:15 AM by Andrea Line
My daughter would find #3 a beautiful way to alert others of her type 1 diabetes. She is very active in sports, often wearing more simple designs. I like #2 bracelet. I'm a grandmother who was diagnosed with Meniere's disease 10 years ago. I was always told to get a medical ID bracelet but didn't like or couldn't afford the bracelets out there. I found Lauren's Hope bracelet on QVC and love the bracelet. I like the #2 bracelet because I can wear it for everyday use. My other bracelet is for dress. I love Lauren's bracelets and will continue to buy them.

Just ordered a March Madness bracelet and the Glow in the Dark Silicone Bracelets for my 11-year old and would love to win the Fun Glass bracelet for her (it's one that's on her list to get). It's a very nice and cheery bracelet.

I am a type one diabetic (for 12 years now) and have lost weight, about 20 pounds since my senior year in high school. All of my jewelry is fitting me differently and I need something that will adjust with me as I go. I frequently travel and I need something to identify myself as a diabetic other than a wallet card. Going through security at the airport is often very tedious for me as I am a pump wearer (for 10 years) as well. Option #1 would be awesome for me because I wouldn't have to take it off even to shower! I would appreciate either of the other options as well because I like to change my style depending on my mood.
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 12:49 PM by Marissa Smith
I LOVE number one. As a type 1 diabetic having a bracelet like that would be awesome!
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 12:49 PM by Maria dominguez
I love #2 - it's bold, different, and really funky!
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 12:50 PM by Grace
#3 is very cute!!! My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes February 4th 2011 she is 9 years old. I heard about laurens hope from her endocrinologist she gave us a pamphlet. I ordered 2 bracelets and a placard and the quitar pick medical ID necklace. My daughter loves how you can interchange the bracelets. I have told several people about Laurens hope, I've told people about the website too so they can order her bracelets for her birthday and Christmas ect. Thanks a bunch for this awesome service

I would love to win #1 for my granddaughter Amanda. She owns your beautiful glow in the dark bracelet but needs something she can wear for swimming at camp. She has type 1 diabetes and is a very strong and beautiful 8 year old.

I love bracelet #2. I guess I am a little rough on my bracelets, and this one would really serve the purpose of week-day use. I love the design as I appreciate southwest design and have a little Native American heritage. Thanks so much for your Friday give-aways.

#1 is great. My 13 year old daughter would really love to have something easy to put on that might have just a little stretch in it...She has just started her growth spurt (and the glow in the dark bands would give her a little bit of growing room)she was alos just recently diagnosed with 2 moderate/severe curves in her back...she is going to probably end up needing surgery, which will decrease her mobility also...Thank you so much for this opportunity.
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 4:13 PM by Corrie
#3 well i just posted that she would love #1 and she just got home from school and wanted to see the choices and she said that it was a real close toss up between #1 and #3...she liked number two but her wrists are too small for it...thanks again for this opportunity...
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 4:16 PM by Corrie
I LOVE the glass beads and have since I saw them on your website. But my 7 year old daughter (who would actually be wearing the bracelets) would probably say that she would rather have the glow in the dark bands. So...we'd be happy with whatever!

My daughter was diagnosed Type 1 last month and before we were even home from the hospital a friend suggested your site. We love it!
Posted @ Thursday, March 17, 2011 4:42 PM by Jenni
#2 is the one I have had my eye on for a little while, but being unemployed has made it impossible to order. I love the stainless steel and it fits in with my other jewelry and watch.

Really a difficult choice this time because I LOVE ALL Lauren's Hope medical awareness items!!!
So......I have a son who is a union firefighter and worrying about his safety has always been a concern for me.
To help alleviate some of the stress for this mom, I will choose #2 knowing that he will wear it as an identified firefighter with his "in case of emergency" information on it.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 9:06 AM by Billie J Elliott
I recently had to start wearing a Medic alert, thank goodness they make stylish ones!

LOVE # 2. Its very trendy. You can wear it with anything. I work in a hardware store. It looks rough and tough and would hold up well.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 9:19 AM by Liz
I would like to have #1 the glow in the dark bracelets...they are fun & I could share one of them with a co-worker who has lost her id bracelet. I like #1 because they are durable & you can wear them exercising, showering or swimming & my kids love the glow in the dark part, so if you are in an accident @ night it would make it easy for the emt's to see it.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 9:22 AM by Mary Leigh Trent
I love #1 & #3, I have 3 T1s in my house so I have to have options - LOL. What a great idea for the silicone bands, I'm pretty sure my hubby would wear one of those and my girls would both love the glass bead bracelet to add to their collection. Win, win all around. :)

I would love #1 for my type 1 son. He is always losing his alert braclets!
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 9:32 AM by Jen H.
Still need to order an alert tag for my 2 year old type 1. I am worried it will all be too big on her or she won't wear it, but something fun like #3 would totally rock her world ;) now to order our alert tag!

I love #3. I have been wearing your medical bracelets for years. I take coumadin and have to wear something that says that. Right now I am wearing the one that looks almost like #3 but has a mittens charm.
I am so ready to spring and want to put the mittens away till next winter.
Thank you for having such great stuff and awesome quality as well.

My daughter would LOVE number 3. She has many medical conditions since we adopted her from Korea.
I have a LapBand and you bracelets are gorgeous. I have one with a charm and other than medical professionals everyone is so surprised that it is an alert.

My son is in the medical field with dialysis and feels every patient of his should have one. There is something for every age and sex.

Thank you for such beautiful and NEEDED alerts.

I love #1 - My son is 10 and doesn't really like wearing his medic alert - this one is cool so hopefully it won't disappear like the others have!

#3 is very pretty I like the glass beads alot. That bracelet would look pretty on my wrist.

Item 3 is spectacular and would show the crazy side this business woman has. I love your options to dress your medical bracelet up or down depending on the mood and environment. I get compliments on my bracelet all the time.

OMG! I've wanted that glass bracelet for so long, and I thought it was discontinued! IT'S MY FAVORITE... and now that I need to add some information to my medic alert bracelet (my last one was from you as well) I need something new.

I subscribe to you! Have for a long time!

I absolutely love your #2 alert cuff, and would be delighted to wear it! I have multiple allergies, some of which trigger my asthma, so I always have one of your bracelets on! Thank you for providing such beautiful jewelry to wear, and for your weekly drawing!

I would love #3. I have purchased several in the past and change out according to the seasons. Only problem is now I spend all my spare time with my new granddaughter and do not take care of myself or purchase at the moment for myself. I love ALL your beautiful medical ID Jewelery, absolutely beautiful and always so hard to choose which I would like.

No# 1 Would be great my son has type 1 and refuses to wear any ID he has ICE # on his cell phone but doesnt always have it with him when he goes out with friends skating and riding his bike . He'll start soccer soon and we aren't always there for practices this would be great if something would happen and we weren't there.

Am 55 and now just have to start wearing a bracelot. Have the sterling beaded one and love it! So many compliments on it. I remember the days of old ugly stainless steel. Love the glass beaded one in this give away page.

#3! I would LOVE to win #3 for my 5 yr old with severe food allergies. It is so Springy and fun! She would LOVE to wear it! :)

Item 3 - PICK ME!!!! PICK ME!!! I love the bright colors and it would be perfect for my 3 year old who has several allergies. The bracelet would be something fun to wear and tell people about her allergies.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 10:20 AM by christy wageman
I actually love all 3 of them. #1 would be perfect for my diabetic daughter and #2 and #3 are perfect for my daughter with a blood disorder. But if I have to pick just 1, it would be #3. Discovered this website last year when searching for a medical ID bracelet. Love, love, love it and so do my daughters. Great quality and attractive - so much better than the "old" type of bracelets we were limited to.

I love #3!!! It is like springtime and would match anything I wear!!!

Hi, Jenna,

I told Sarah that today is "Friday Free Stuff". She was so excited that she came "flying" down the stairs to see the bracelets. She got so excite when she saw bracelet # 3! She said she would love it because it is so colorful, fun, springy, and bouncy like her. Number 3 is the one for her.

Thank you for everything you do.

My favorite is number 2!

i would LOVE number #3 its super cute and i would be way more willing to wear a medical id bracelet for my diabetes if it wasnt the ugly generic silver one.

I love #1. I work in a clinic for lower socioeconomic children. One pack of 4 would allow me to gift 4 chidren.

#1 would be great for my autistic son! He often wanders off and needs something to identify him so we could be notified!
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 10:37 AM by Stacy S.
For years I didn't wear any medical alert jewelry because what I saw out there was either really ugly and/or made of a metal that I would react violently to. I had a massive pulmonary embolism some years ago, have MVP and numerous medical, chemical and food allergies/sensitivities. I receive many compliments on my Silver Bali Bead bracelet! I LOVE item #2, and I would love it for my cousin whom I found last year after 31 years apart; he is diabetic and recently had a combo pacemaker/defibrulator implanted into his chest.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 10:41 AM by Najuma
I love bracelet #3 and actually had this bracelet for a number of years before it recently broke. I have been living with type 1 diabetes for 12 years and have an insulin pump. I recently became a mommy and have an adorable 6 month old son - which makes it all the more important that I wear a medical ID on a daily basis!
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 10:42 AM by Priscilla Boman
I hope it's not too late! I love #3! It would be perfect for my daughter...she is 9 and it is so cute. Not like a boring medical alert bracelet at all! We recently ordered one from your site and she loves it!! Our motto is "NEVER lose HOPE!" So this would be a great reminder of what we believe to TRUE!

Thanks!

My high-school daughter has one bracelet --- she would enjoy having more than one to change out with her outfits! #3 would go with so many different things!

I love the cheerfulness of Item #3. I have a few bracelets from Lauren's Hope and this one is so different from any other one that I have.

I love #2. Sometimes the beads have points that catch on material this is something I can wear everyday. It blends with my native hawaiian bracelets yet stands out enough for emergency personnel to notice. Thanks for your care in making medic alert bracelets fun it takes the sting out of needing to wear them. You want to.

Hey, again: I just ordered my first ID bracelet and cannot wait

until I get it. I like what I

ordered and I simply love #2. As

I said before, I have a strong

Native American Indian background

and would be proud to wear this also. I am giving out the

pamphlets left and right. I am

waiting on my next batch to get

here...I think around here people

would be as excited as I am about

getting one because they serve a

definate purpose not only to

possibly save a life but to add

to your wardrobe. I'm sending

messages from Tulsa, OK., to

Alabama and Tennessee as well as

around here in good old Georgia.

And the ideas I have right now are

endless.

Thank you,

Linda

I like #2. Now that I've started wearing a bracelet all the time, it would be nice to switch them around.

#2 - easier to put on and take off than most medical bracelets!

I love item #3. It's bright and colorful and symbolizes Spring, a fresh start, a new chapter and the hope charm is the icning on the cake. My daughter's bracelet has broken and she needs a new one. She has juvenile diabetes now for 9 years.

I would like number 3, the small fun glass medical ID bracelet.
Posted @ Friday, March 18, 2011 11:40 AM by Janice
#2...because it doesn't look like a medical bracelet, it looks like a fine piece of jewelry. Nobody wants to be diabetic...this makes it possible to do what is necessary medically to get the help I need, and not notify the whole world. Thank you.

Yesterday, March 17, 2011 I ordered
stainless steel medical alert dog tag.
My next order will probably be the
stainless steel medical alert cuff. The "cuff" style, in my opinion is something that appeals more to men and a man would be more likely to wear!

My daughter would love #2. We are celebrating Christmas with her in May, since she has been teaching in another country has has not been home in a year. She recently lost her diabetes id bracelet and is in need of a new one. It would be a nice surprise gift for her.

We like #1. I am an 82yr old with diabetes and respritory problems. My wife is 80, legally blind and has diabetes as well. This is a colorful, safe and effective way to let others know should something happen to either one of us while we are out and about doing our daily activities.

#3 Spring is in the air. I love Lauren Hope's stuff. There is always something I love when I go to the website. I never leave my house without one on now. Type 1 since 1974 and hated what was out there to wear. Since I found this website I wear one all the time. This makes my husband happy since he is EMT. He has saved my life many times when I have had low blood sugars. He has been there since 1974 and he took me to the hospital. Then he joined the Air Force to be a medic. After 24 years he retired from the Air Force and is an EMT. He told me these bracelets are so important.

I have been a Type II Diabetic for 10 years. When I was introduced to these bracelets by my cousin I thought I finally found something attractive that I will actually wear and still be able to share important medical information. I would like to show patients this alternative.

LOVE #3!!! We actually ordered several other bracelets and WE LOVE THEM ALL!! My daughter loves the bright & fun colors of #3. It allows her to actually have "fun" picking her bracelets, despite having to deal with her recent diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes and everything that comes with it. Already a fan on FB and have told many others about your website. Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue how Twitter works. :)

I LOVE #3!! When I was a kid they had uglt stainless steal medical ID bracelets. As a teenager and young adult, I refused to wear an ID because they were so ugly. Now I own several Lauren's Hope IDs. Very fashionable and often a conversation piece!

Option # 3 is very playful and vibrant. I am coumadin dependent my whole life, I have a blood disorder that makes me prone to blood clots all the time and the rest of my life, there is no cure but coumadin does help. I recently became a memeber here and received my ID bracelet a few weeks ago, we are in the process of having my 3 year old tested for it as well, we are crossing our fingers and praying she tests negative.

There is one problem with Lauren's

Hope Medical ID Bracelets:

I cannot make up my mind which one

I like the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love all of them. I've contacted all my family and

friends in Tulsa, Tennessee,

Alabama, California and Georgia

to let them know about you. I

know some of them should be wearing

an ID band of some kind, but will

not because they still have in mind

the old ones and aren't familiar

with Lauren's Hope. But, I have

solved that issue quite simply.

Good luck to them all in making

up their minds ~ there are so many

to choose from.

Thanks,

Linda
