My daughter has not committed to wearing a bracelet yet and I hope that having such a pretty bracelet as #2 would inspire her to wear a medical bracelet. It would be a life saving measure as she gets more independent and is out and about on her own more. Sarah Sherman
Posted @ Wednesday, September 08, 2010 4:59 PM by Sarah Sherman
#2 is darling. I can see it as my everyday bracelet.

My son would LOVE #3. He has multiple severe food allergies and asthma. He wears his medical ID bracelet proudly. The fun robot design would give him an opportunity to "mix it up" a little while still making sure that everyone around him is aware of his medical issues.
Posted @ Wednesday, September 08, 2010 5:06 PM by Jo
My son with severe food allergies would LOVE #3! He feels excluded enough having to eat at the peanut free table in the cafeteria and having to take special snacks and he ask me weekly when he will ever be normal. I tell him we are all special and God made us each that way because normal isn't cool! I worry daily about that phone call that he has had a reaction...this necklace would make him one happy kid!!!

My 9 year old daughter often shares that her greatest hope is that a cure be found for type 1 diabetes so that she doesn't have to live the rest of her life this way. Our HOPE lies in the research efforts funded by JDRF and businesses like Lauren's Hope who support those efforts! Hannah would love to have number 2 as it is beautiful, just like her!

This week I am reminded that my "grandgirl Cassie" was born on 9/9/99!
Isn't that a unique birthday? She is allergic to penicillin and she has asthma also.
Being an avid soccer player, I believe that the #2 SOMEBODY LOVES YOU" would be my bracelet of choice for her.
Currently she does not wear a medical ID tag and because that information is vital, the style of #2 would be fantastic!
Thanks Lauren's Hope!

Would love #2 as an everyday bracelet. Just placed my first order with Lauren's Hope (you have so many beautiful items). I have had exercise induced asthma for years, but recently my asthma has morphed into the need for a daily rescue inhaler and occasional nebulizer treatments. I decided to get a medical alert bracelet because of my new everyday asthma problem on top of the fact that I am away from home in school surrounded by 1000's of people all of the sudden that wouldn't know my condition in the case of an emergency. I love the thought of the medic alert bracelets now being a little flirty and fun, so bravo to Laura’s Hope for making them that way. When choosing my first bracelet, I had a hard time deciding among all of the great choices. #2 was definitely high in my final options.

I have a daughter with Hyperinsulinemic Hypoglycemia and she risks having critically low blood sugars at any time. She doesn't like her current Medic ID bracelet because it's not fashionable. But she love to be hip and cool in the Funfetti bracelet. Thanks for all you do for our little one!

The Funfetti Medical ID Bracelet is the perfect solution for my teeanage daughter. She's always on the go and when she's making dance videos with her firends, she takes her ID necklace off because it gets in the way. If she knows she's going to have a particularly active day, she can opt for the bracelet instead of the necklace!
Posted @ Thursday, September 09, 2010 10:28 AM by Jesi Wolnik
#1 and #2 are my pick this week. I am an older return student to college and have been wearin my ID bracelets to school. The girls love them and have now started ordering and finally wearing their id bracelets from Laurens Hope! Either of these two would be a great gift for students at the college!

My daughter is type 1 diabetes and loves jewelry. The funfetti bracelet suites her personality. She loves jewelry and the colors that are on the funfetti bracelet. This would be a wonderful surprise for her.

I would love to be able to present my best friend's grand-daughter with # 2. It reflects her bright, sunny, and humorous personality. She has a severe peanut allergy, and your ID bracelet could very well be a life saver for this spunky little 8 year old.
Posted @ Thursday, September 09, 2010 10:33 AM by Laura Barnes
I love #2 and so would my daughter, age 12 and a type 1 diabetic for almost 9 years. It is so fun and carefree just like she is. She is involved in community theater and this would shine on her just like she does when he's on stage.

Gotta Have Number Two! Please consider me!
Posted @ Thursday, September 09, 2010 10:42 AM by Susan Birrell
I ABSOLUTELY, LOVE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS! And would highly reccomend them to anyone who is sick and tired of wearing UGLY medical ID jewelry!!!

I have bought a tag and a bracelet over 2 1/2 yrs ago, and sometime last year, swapped it out for a anklet. I LOVE BOTH! I love the fact that you can use one tag, and change it up with different products.

I wear mine ALL THE TIME!!! in the shower, etc, and they hold up just fine, which is odd, because I am really hard on jewlery. part of my medical condition includes releasing a lot of potassium and salts through my skin, which breaks down most jewlry, very fast!
If you want to know if your jewlrey is gold plated, just let me wear it for a week LOL! cause i will take the finish right off it : ) That being said...both items, look as good today, as when I first bought them. If I could afford it, I would have one in every color : )

just saw this blog today, am very interested in the funfetti design, keeping my fingers crossed?

but am also interested if there are other blogs on the site? I will look around, but if anyone knows and can point me in the right direction? I would be interested, in other blogs, pages where consumers are talking.

Finally, (sorry for such a long post) I just want to say, that your product has made my quality of life, just a bit better. I found it hard to look down and see a big ugly reminder of my illness with the traditonal jewlrey. These products are fun, and help me to take my mind off the fact that I am sick. Which anyone in the mental health field will tell you is a positive thing. So, win or loose...I am already a winner!

thanks again,
cara freudenberger

I showed this blog to my daughter and she loved the robot (#3). My daughter has been a type one diabetic for four years and would not be embarrassed to wear this necklace. Both she and I love the design. She has a bracelet from Lauren's Hope that she never wears, but no necklace. We think that the robot is colorful and cute, and that it would attract people's attention more than a dog tag or bracelet. Type 1 diabetes is a daily struggle. This eye catching necklace would help ease our worries.

Thanks Lauren's Hope!!!! We really appreciate it!!!

I was recently diagnosed with lupus, and have many medications and lots of Dr. visits in store for me. So if i have to live with this disease, then i would like to have something that is beautiful, and shows that i can survive through this. Thanks for your consideration.

Posted @ Thursday, September 09, 2010 11:48 AM by Kassidi Garbutt
My daughter, Chloe has Type I Diabetes, and would LOVE item #2. She is a fun loving girl, despite her disease, to the point where we raise donations and walk annually with JDRF!!! So far she has raised almost $1000. This is incredible in my eyes for an 8 yr. old. So what better way to celebrate her successes, despite her struggles with a gift from Lauren's Hope?!!! Please consider us, as Chloe would be ecstatic that someone is reaching out to her, to help with her troubles :)

I absolutely love # 1 - since it's just me and my bunny at home, I would be able to have a part of her (her thoughts) with me all day and hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow with this heart disease. Just looking at it would make me smile, give me a warm, fuzzy feeling and relax me. Love it, love it, love it!

I would LOVE #1! I have CCM1 a rare brain disease that only a small percentage of the world has. My mom found this website when I was in 4th grade after my first surgery. I need your bracelets because I am NOT under any circumstance allowed to take certain medication. They are so beautiful that I do not mind wearing them out. I think #1 is the best for me because I love quirky saying and when I was in the hospitals having surgery I really did feel that all the people who came to visit me love me and I felt so loved. The best way to get threw an obstacle is having "some bunny loving you" :)

I would like #2 -- the Funfetti! Just ordered a watch last night.
Posted @ Thursday, September 09, 2010 9:16 PM by Jane
My 4 year-old, Ethan, would love #3. We are new to the medical alert system, but we are adjusting well! Ethan was at a birthday party a month ago and fell and scraped his elbow. Another mom put a latex band-aid on Ethan and he had a severe reaction. We didn't know what the cause was until we saw how swollen his arm had become. We thought he had hurt himself worse (possibly broken his arm) until the doctor looked at it and recognized it as a reaction to the latex. We had never had a problem before because all items at our home are always latex free, since I have a mild irritation to latex. Who would have thought that something to make him feel better could almost take his life. It was eye opening to say the least. We ordered his first medical ID about 3 weeks ago and he has worn it proudly ever since. He even wants to sleep with it on, "just in case". I think #3 would be a fun way for him to still have the information that he needs, but have fun being a little boy at the same time. :)

We have been wanting (and needing) to order 3 medical ID bracelets for our family and have been unable to so far.

My 8 year old son has several medical conditions and I think the Robot would be cute for him.

He wears wrist splints so the neckchain idea is good for him when he cannot wear a bracelet.

I love item #2 I have type I diabetes and would love to have this bracelet. It would go with so much. I only have one bracelet right now and it doesnt go with all of my outfits. Today was the first day my daughter wore her Lauren's Hope bracelet and it was a success. Everyday her epipen follows her around on the school yard, but today she had something special. Rather than feeling that her allergy both limits and defines her, she felt proud to wear this bracelet. Thanks to Lauren's Hope she is protected and special - all at the same time! Thanks for making a difference in our lives! She loves number two (Funfetti) and would love to wear this proud!

I would love to win the Funfetti. I have several medical prolems and need a desparately. However I am currently unemployed and the process of trying to get disability but not sure of I can yet or not. Plus most of the bracelets only go up to 8.5" and I need a 9" bracelet. Lauren's HOpe is amazing. I have picked up several brochures from my coumadin clinic and passed them around to friends.
